In the future microphones will wilt
if not told the truth
they will just
flop
over
guns will fire flowers
if you're not angry enough
hamburgers will announce your weight
if you never exercise
cigarettes will have coughing fits
if you chain smoke
alcohol will insult you
if you're drunk
and poems will heckle you
if you're pompous.
Trent Martin Kirchner lives at Bondi Beach, Sydney, Australia. He thrives on the following in no specific order and with varying degrees of obsession depending on his energy and inspiration at the time: music, nature, writing, art, surfing, food and the odd game of ‘hack’ on a hot summer’s day with a refreshing lager in hand.
