Corner Work

I
today, too, i experienced something that
i hope to understand in a few days

II
in the corner with hearty plate of
yellow-crusted to the edge
i look to the sky: purple.
could mean snow

III
in the corner with chisel and finger nail
picking mortar from the brick
the wall stretched out to say
it was happy to be noticed

IV
in the corner a noise steps forth ambushing
the unassembled guest leaving her
with bruised knee and scars
above the brow

V
today i experienced some things that
i hope to understand in a few days:
the corner walked out of place
and demanded that i looked
as the corner started to leak i realized
i was standing outside my body
and the sun began to set

VI
in the corner stands a child with
his arms out
he knows what he has done

VII
from the corner to the porch
outback the unassembled guest
collects 12.00 dollars worth of
guise to prove
that there is light between the cracks

VIII
today from the corner a face
pushed out to greet the dust
i stood there gazing to finally meet
again with body and work our
way through the minutes to
understand that there is volume in each second.

IX
from the corner to the
bookshelf upstairs
lungs branch out.
snow gathers where
light use to be
and i think the rain came after

i am deeply interested in the obscure - if you do unique things that are artistic in a nonconventional way, i want to hear it, see it, smell it, taste it,but i dont think i will touch it. i like crafty things, history, and pictures involving the smrokin' labbits.
