Born amongst the ghosts of the Whitman Massacre and the haze of the Hanford Nuclear plant. But I think of Oregon as my home so to speak. Got a scholarship to play football and baseball at a small college. Lived in all parts of the country, each had its own distinct culture. Call Santa Fe my home now. Jobs include: choker setter for Allen Logging, tree planter on the Olympic Peninsula, Veterinarian’s assistant, psychologist, bureaucrat, etc. Probably seen hundreds of bands from the Doors, Led Zepplin, Dan Hicks to Son House, Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Lucinda Williams...and on and on...
